![]() ![]() Help! was the follow-up film to the Beatles' fantastically successful A Hard Day's Night, and originally debuted in theaters in 1965. This was the second of three Beatles movies released simultaneously by MPI Home Video on the DVD format. Picture quality is noticeably better than the laserdisc.įront and back cover, disc, and inside of 4-page booklet. This 1997 DVD version of A Hard Day's Night came from a fully restored print made from the film's original negative, but not using the original mono versions of the songs. Included along with the Academy Award nominated movie was some rare additional footage, newsreels, a theatrical trailer for the 1982 re-release, a revealing interview with director Richard Lester, and in its entirety, and Lester's experimental film, Running, Jumping & Standing Still which stars Peter Sellers.
